- The exact number of hours will depend on:
- The volume and complexity of supporting evidence.
- The languages spoken by the applicant.
- Inclusion of dependents in the application.
- Specific complexities such as previous refusals, criminal convictions, or adverse immigration history.
- Applicants able to provide sufficient evidence at the initial consultation and who clearly meet the applicable immigration rules may incur costs towards the lower end of the range.
