Estimated Time:
- On average, the process takes approximately 15 hours to complete.
- The total number of hours may vary based on factors such as:
- The volume and complexity of supporting evidence.
- The applicant’s language proficiency.
- The inclusion of dependents in the application.
- Specific complexities (e.g. past refusals, criminal convictions, or adverse immigration history).
- Applicants who can provide sufficient evidence at the initial meeting and clearly meet the applicable Immigration Rules may incur costs towards the lower end of the range.

Additional Considerations & Exclusions
Excluded Costs:
- Home Office Fees: All fees payable to the Home Office for application submissions are not included and must be paid directly.
- Other Expenses: VAT, disbursements for medical or expert evidence, barrister fees, and other incidental expenses are not included.
- In cases of a Home Office refusal, further advice and assistance with appeals, reconsideration, or matters involving dependents will be provided separately.
Application Timescales:
- From instructions, applications typically take between six to eight weeks on average, subject to the complexity of the applicant’s immigration history.
- The processing times for submitted applications by the Home Office are not guaranteed, and you will be advised promptly if delays are anticipated.
